We can only offer our delivery service to Klang Valley addresses for time being. Once we have appointed a reliable logistic partner, we will extend our service throughout Malaysia….possible worldwide too.

Delivery Term & Conditions

1. Goods sold are not exchangable nor refundable. Please ensure your decision is final before confirmation.

2. We will send you WhatsApp video clip or picture of your purchases prior departure from our station. Upon product arrival, kindly ensure your purchases is in good condition. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please immediately contact us together with image attached to our WhatsApp. We are reachable on our general line at + 6018-399 1000 during office hours or the next following working day (10am to 7pm). We will assist you in any possible way. (Note : Plants do have torn leaves or browning/imperfection. This is perfectly normal as it is part of the plant growing cycles.)

3. We have our own delivery team. Please rest assure that your purchases will be carefully handled and at its best sanitary condition. We will contact you either via WhatsApp message or call you to confirm on the delivery appointment again before heading to your place.

4. For time being, we can only offer our delivery service to Klang Valley and Shah Alam areas. Please contact us for further clarification if you are unsure about your location coverage. We will offer nationwide delivery once we have appointed a reputable logistic company.

5. Our delivery schedules are as follow :

  • Tuesday 12.00 pm˜6.00 pm
  • Thursday 12.00 pm˜6.00 pm
  • Saturday 12.00 pm˜6.00 pm
  • Sunday 12.00 pm˜6.00 pm

For commercial premises, please inform us in advance on the allowable visitation hours. If we are denied entry on the agreed appointment upon arrival, we will request for second delivery payment for next appointment arrangement.

6. Upon sales confirmation, our customer service will contact you to arrange for delivery appointment as stated above. Kindly allow 2 to 4 days for delivery arrangement. We will do our best to have the product send over soonest possible.

7. There will be additional charge for bigger plant(s) and heavier item(s). You will be able to see the rate upon check-out page.

8. Please let us know in advance if you should require repotting service. There will be additional charge if this is required. Any additional gardening materials used will be charge accordingly. We will not perform this service as last minute request upon arrival.

9. To ensure the safety of our team and whatsoever security reason, we will only deliver your purchases to your home front or your lobby/concierge. Only for bigger item(s), we will need your concent to enter your premise. Our team are trained professional, we will not be held responsible to any lost of your home belongings during our visitation. Please monitor the progress and acknowledge the job completion accordingly.

10. Our delivery team will not perform any additional moving of your personal belongings nor assist in any modification of any item at your premise.

11. For self-pick up option, kindly select the following pick up point :

  • Publika Shopping Gallery, 10.00 am~8.00 pm
  • The Starling Mall, 10.00 am~8.00 pm
  • The LINC, 10.00 am~8.00pm

Refund Policy

We will ensure our plant(s) to be in good condition prior delivery to you. However if the customer wish to request for return of item(s), we will evaluate your request in timely manner. We reserve the right to reject your request if we find the reason deem to be unacceptable. Please feel free to contact our general line for further clarification.
